Good questions
Do families need to download an app or make an account?
No. They open your link, pick a session and enter the player's name and a parent's email and phone. That's it.
Does CourtLock take payments?
Not at the moment. CourtLock handles spots and rosters. Clubs collect fees the way they already do, so there are no processing fees taken from your bookings.
We don't have a website. Can we still use it?
Yes. Your booking site comes with its own web address, and emails are sent in your club's name with replies going to your email, even if it's a Gmail.
Can we run more than one program?
Yes, as many as you like on one site. Each program gets its own card, logo, colours, divisions and schedule, which is handy for partner programs too.
Who can see players' information?
Only your organizers, on the coach page. The public player list shows first names only, and you can turn it off completely.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. Send your logo and colours, and we'll have your site ready to share.
